Moon Room Categories

1. WE HAVE DIFFERENT MOONS FOR YOU TO CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU WANT TO TRAVEL TO.
 
What are the particularities of each one of our moons?
All our moons are located in totally private plots from which you can contemplate the open sky in complete privacy. The differences between them are their size and distribution.
 
SUITES - Jupiter's moons: Calisto, Ganímedes, Europa, Io.
These are our most secluded suites. The plot has 200m2 where our 30m2 private moons with panoramic views of the sky are located. They are divided into two modules: The main area where you will find the bed and main room and a private bathroom with bathtub to relax under the moonlight. In this plot you will also find a private garden where you can enjoy contemplating the stars and start the day with a delicious breakfast.
 
SUPERIOR SUITES - Moons of Neptune: Proteus, Nereida.
Our superior suites are on a plot of 200m2. These 35m2 private moons with panoramic sky views are divided into two modules: the master bedroom and a private bathroom. This moon also has a minibar and a coffee and tea maker. The most special feature of this moon is its outdoor whirlpool bathtub that you can enjoy at any time of the year since the water temperature can be regulated. In addition, it includes a delicious breakfast for you to enjoy inside or outside your moon.

Lo más especial de esta luna es su bañera de hidromasaje exterior que puedes disfrutar en cualquier época del año ya que se puede regular la temperatura del agua. Además, incluye un delicioso desayuno dentro o fuera de tu luna.
 
PREMIUM SUITES – Saturn´s Moons: Titan, Pandora.
These two premium superior suites are the most exclusive ones as they are located on plots of 200m2 and have 40m2 divided into three different modules. Upon entering there is a living room with a sofa and a table where you can relax and eat if you wish, this room has minibar service a coffee and a tea maker. Then there is the master bedroom where the bed is and finally there is a private bathroom where you can shower under the moonlight. To complete the experience, you can go out to your private garden and take a bath in the whirlpool bathtub with adjustable temperature, while enjoying the environment surrounded by aromatic plants. In addition, when you wake up you will be able to taste a delicious local breakfast.
 
DELUXE SUITES – Uranus Moons: Miranda, Oberón, Puck, Ariel.
These four Deluxe suites are the most exclusive ones as they are located on plots of 200m2 and have 45m2 divided into three different modules. Upon entering there is a living room with a sofa and a table where you can relax and eat if you wish, this room has minibar service a coffee and a tea maker. Then there is the master bedroom where the bed is and finally there is a private bathroom where you can shower under the moonlight.Its location and its views are excepcional as it is surrounded by trees and pure nature. To complete the experience, you can go out to your private garden and take a bath in the whirlpool bathtub with adjustable temperature, while enjoying the environment surrounded by aromatic plants. In addition, when you wake up you will be able to taste a delicious local breakfast.
 
 
 
 

What you should know when traveling to our moons

2. WHEN CAN I CHECK IN AND WHEN SHOULD I CHECK OUT?
 
You can arrive to your room from 15:00. If you wish to arrive a little earlier there is no problem as long as you let us know. We will try to have your room ready a little earlier. However, you can also relax in any of our spaces. 
Check out is at 12:00 am. In case you want to leave later than that (late check out), you can stay until 14:00 with an additional cost of 35€.

Why does Miluna pre-authorise your credit card during your stay?

Pre-authorisation is a temporary "hold" on your card. On arrival, we will ask you to leave us a card which we will check that you are the cardholder, along with your documentation for traveller check-in.

We swipe your credit card at check-in to ensure that there are sufficient funds to pay your final bill -- any extra charges, additional services contracted and not paid for, or any incident during the use of the facilities and amenities we make available to you -- and we hold this amount for the duration of your stay.

The amount we check will depend on the length of your stay and will be €100 per night. The staff person who welcomes you will clearly explain this process to you. No money is taken from your card, but it will show as a pending transaction in your bank's records.

The amount of the authorisation will be active during your stay and on departure, we will confirm in this transaction the actual amount consumed and this amount will finally be reflected in your bank. If you have not consumed any extra money, this authorisation will be automatically unblocked in your bank (it may take up to 10 days to be released depending on each bank). If you wish, you can use another card or cash to pay your final bill.

3. DOES MILUNA HAVE A PARKING SERVICE?
 
Of course we do! We have free parking at the hotel for all our travelers. Also, if you have an electric car, you can charge it in our facilities.
 
 
4. CAN OUR PETS TRAVEL TO THE MOON?
 
Although we are animal lovers, due to internal hotel policy and in order to guarantee the rest of all our guests, we cannot accept your four-legged companions. Our rooms are also made of a material that is not suitable for them and therefore you will have to leave them at home this time.
 
 
5. FROM WHAT AGE CAN I ENJOY THIS TRIP?
 
Any age is good to come to Miluna, but in order to guarantee the tranquility and respect of other travelers, we only accept guests over 10 years old.
 
 
6. HOW CAN I MAKE THE MOST OF MY LUNAR EXPERIENCE? 
 
Beyond contemplating the sky from your private moon, here are a series of activities to make your trip an unforgettable one:
 
Flotarium: a relaxation activity you will be able to enjoy with your partner, floating in a private heated pool that contains a high percentage of salt. This helps you to relax your muscles, improve blood circulation and is good for the skin. It doesn't matter if you didn't bring a swimsuit or towels, Miluna takes care of everything related to the service.
The sessions last between 35 and 45 minutes and are priced at 70€ for two people.
Forget about gravity and all your worries and enjoy our flotarium! You can book it prior to your trip or on the spot if there is availability.
 
Massages: if you have come to our moons it is because you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy a relaxing, decontracting or Head, hands and feet massage for 45 minutes and complete your lunar experience.
The price of the massage is between 60€-70€ per person. You can book it prior to your trip or on the spot if there is availability.
 

Packages: We have different packages for you to enjoy when you get to your moon:

 

WELLNESS - 45€ Enjoy a relaxing experience with this assortment that includes: Bath salts, lavender soap and body massage oil, all accompanied by a bottle of cava or wine and chocolate delights. (Requires minimum reservation 24h before arrival and must be paid in advance to enjoy the service).
DELICATESSES - 50€ An assortment to enjoy the most typical delicacies of our land: Iberian cured meats, cheese, picos and toasts and a bottle of wine. (Requires minimum reservation 24h before arrival and must be paid in advance at the time of service).
MAKE A WISH - 35€ Celebration is synonymous with cake and in order to make a good tribute, we give you a choice of different flavours and include candles to make a wish. (Requires a minimum reservation 7 days prior to arrival and must be paid for at the time of booking. This service can be cancelled 48 hours before the delivery date, after this time the cost will not be refunded).
BOUQUET OF FLOWERS - 40€ Is there anything more special than a beautiful bouquet of flowers? Prepared especially for your special occasion. (Requires a minimum booking 7 days prior to arrival and must be paid for at the time of booking. This service can be cancelled 48 hours before the delivery date, after this time the cost will not be refunded).
CELEBRATION - 70€ It is always a good occasion to celebrate and make this experience even more special with a very festive decoration: 1-2 helium balloons, sweets, 10 polaroid photos and a bottle of cava or wine. (Requires minimum reservation 24H before arrival and must be paid in advance to enjoy the service).
 
 
Bicycles: Our environment is pure and in the middle of nature. Discover our surroundings by bicycle thanks to our free service for our customers.
 
Swimming pool (May-October): All our travelers are invited to our swimming pool! This service is completely free of charge and for those who thought there was no water on the moon... don't worry, we also take care of the towels.
 
Dinners: We have a menu with different options for all tastes. Dine at our hotel without needing to go out and enjoy our most heavenly dishes under the starry night. You can check our menu on the website, find it in the services section - dinner.
 
 
7. WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN WE DO AROUND MILUNA?
 
In the surroundings of Miluna there are many activities to enjoy and get away from it all:
 
- Wine tasting.
- Different routes and trails for cycling.
- Strolling through the tranquility of nature.
- Visit to the Barrancas de Burujón.
- Visit to the Enchanted Forest.
- Visit to the Caves of El Cerro del Águila.
- Horseback riding: Hípica Los Bóxer.
- Olive oil tasting.
- Visit to Toledo.
- Visit to Puy de Fou.

8. WHAT WILL I HAVE FOR BREAKFAST AT MILUNA?
 
Breakfast is a must on our moons, that's why it is always included in your reservation and we bring it to your room in a picnic basket at the time you indicate us at check-in.
 
Our travelers can choose from these options:
- Coffee, tea and other infusions, Cola Cao, Nesquik or other drinks.
- Orange juice, peach juice, pineapple juice or our homemade smoothie.
- Croissant, sponge cake or Napolitana.
- Toast with ham, oil and tomato or jam and butter.
- Piece of fruit or yogurt.
 
We want all our travelers to have a stellar experience, that's why we always try to prepare the basket to the taste of each client. If there is something extra that you would like to add,
we will be happy to include it for you.
 
 
9. WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN CAN YOU EAT AT MILUNA?
 
Eating well is also part of a relaxing getaway! Here are our cooking schedules and recommendations for you to enjoy with all your senses.
 
Meals: Our check in is at 15:00 so if you arrive a little earlier you can have a snack with us or go to Mesón Castellano in Maqueda where you will have a fantastic meal and it is only 15 minutes away from Miluna. If you come from us, they will always have a detail with you.
 
If you prefer a higher level gastronomic experience, you can also choose from some Michelin-starred restaurants in the area such as El Bohío in Illescas or Raíces in Talavera de la Reina.
 
Dinners: Dinner is lovingly prepared in Miluna's kitchen. You can choose to dine inside or outside your private moon, there we will bring you the same dinner you would have in the restaurant.

About our moons

10. IF THE MOONS ARE TRANSPARENT, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO BE SEEN FROM THE OUTSIDE?
 
Each moon has its own private plot fenced and surrounded by vegetation to preserve total privacy from any angle. Our customers´ privacy has been one of our main objectives, so they can also request to cover the roof with hoods that can be put on and taken off whenever our customers wish.
 
 
11. DOES EACH MOON HAVE ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM?
 
Each moon has its own private bathroom. The Suites are equipped with a standard bathtub where you can enjoy a bath with a view of the sky. The Superior, Premium and Deluxe Suites have one shower with views of the sky and outside there is a whirlpool bathtub where you can contemplate the sky from your private plot.
 
 
12. ARE THE MOONS AIR-CONDITIONED?
 
Of course! You can always regulate the temperature of your moon depending on the time of year. They are equipped with AC and heating machines so that you are neither hot nor cold.
 
 
13. CAN THE OUTDOOR WHIRLPOOL BATHTUBS BE USED AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR?
 
Our whirlpool bathtubs are filled and emptied daily, so when you arrive at your moon you can fill it when and at the temperature you wish, making it possible to use it at any time of the year.
 
 
14. ARE THERE FRIDGES IN THE ROOMS?
 
Yes, we have a minibar with beverage, chocolate and chips. 
 
15. IS THERE TELEVISION ON THE MOON?
 
As you can imagine, a television on the moon is strange, since there is sooooo much to contemplate in the lunar territory that we believe it is better to disconnect and stay in touch with nature. Although we do have a wifi network in all the rooms in case you need to connect.

About canceling or modifying your trip

16. HOW DOES THE CANCELLATION POLICY WORK?
 
MODIFICATION OF YOUR TRIP
As long as our travelers give us 15 days notice, we have no problem rearranging our schedules and modificating the reservation to any other date.
 
For those who have a very unpredictable life, you can always get the cancellation insurance, with which you will be able to modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival.
 
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST
It's a pity we won´t be meeting each other!
If you let us know more than 15 days in advance, we can refund you 50% of the amount of the reservation and all the extra services you have paid for. However, if you let us know less than 15 days' notice, we will only be able to refund you for the extra services* contracted (except gift card).
 
*Services that do not have their own refund policy detailed in the "Services" section will be refunded. For services that have booking conditions (COSMOS, PHOTO SESSION, MAKE A WISH and BOUQUET OF FLOWERS) the cancellation and refund terms are detailed in each section.
 
On the other hand, if you have been cautious and have hired the cancellation insurance, you can request a refund of the total amount of the reservation (except the cost of the insurance) up to 24 hours before your arrival. Non applicable gift cards.
 
 
17. CAN I GIVE THE MILUNA EXPERIENCE AS A GIFT?
 
Of course you can! We have gift boxes with open dates to redeem for a year, in which in addition to the night you can include the services that you want in order to make the experience unique. We will also send to your home a metal case silkscreened with our logo and photos of the moons inside along with the services included in the gift and a customized message if you wish to add one.
 
 
All our experiences are valid for one year from the date of purchase, the prices and conditions vary depending on the type of box "All Year" or "Sunday to Thursday". and you can choose what to include in the experience to your preference, from dinner on the moon, flotarium service or surprise with a special assortment on arrival.
